Quotation Terms and Conditions

1. Validity
This quotation is valid for 7 working days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and availability may be subject to change without prior notice.

2. Pricing
All prices quoted are in rands and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms
A 50% upfront payment is required to confirm the order and initiate work or procurement. The remaining 50% must be paid in full no later than 10 working days prior to delivery or project completion. Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in delays/suspension of delivery The quotation is based on the specifications and requirements provided by the client. Any changes to the scope may result in revised pricing.

4. Acceptance
To proceed with the quoted services or products, a written confirmation (email or signed quotation) is required within the 7-working-day validity period.

5. Cancellation
Orders cancelled after acceptance may incur charges depending on the stage of work or procurement already completed. FOR REFERENCE USE QUOTATION NUMBER
